FOR INTERNET EXPLORER
In Internet Explorer, if a yellow line like the one shown below appears on top of your page, click on it and select "Allow"
If a security warning like the one shown below appears, click on "Yes"
In Internet Explorer goto Tools-> Internet Options -> Privacy and REMOVE the checkmark on "Turn on Pop-up Blocker". Also set the Settings to Medium as shown below.
FOR FIREFOX
In Firefox goto Tools -> Options -> Content and REMOVE the checkmark on "Block pop-up windows" and Enable Javascript.
FOR CHROME
In Chrome click on Settings (the icone with horizontal lines)
Then click on Show Advanced Settings
Click on Content Settings
Move scroller down to Pop-ups and Select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups"
