Istekmalun Nisaab

Toloba/talebaat of darajah 8,9 and 10 (Hind & Sind) who have been granted "Taalim Tamaam Raza" following Imtehaan al Sanavi 1432 H, are allowed to join "Istekmalun Nisaab" as applicable.
